The one-two punch of GI issues

People with gut issues face a lot of challenges, both physical and emotional. Some of the commonly listed symptoms include pain, cramping, bloating, changes in bowel habits, nausea, vomiting, etc.

The emotional issues pack an equally heavy punch: constant fatigue, the feeling of losing control, not being believed, living with uncertainty, fearing complications, and fearing the unknown.

Gut issues have a tremendous impact on one’s life and ability to enjoy life. Managing the physical symptoms is simply not sufficient to address the burden of the emotional distress.
